The 150,000 square foot plant has the capacity to produce up to 1.75 million pounds. of flour per day and is strategically located for rail, sea and road access. The 10-acre facility includes a mill, grain elevator, and cleaning house in addition to an office and multiple packing, warehousing, and storage locations.

Port Redwing produces all purpose, whole wheat, high gluten, cake and bread flours. Notable features include:
- Real-time data analysis and automation including industry-first near-infrared grain analysis and high-speed automatic packaging lines.
- Quick online response and issue managementallowing the production line to be stopped, assessed and, if necessary, corrected with minimal downtime.
- Increased on-site storage capacity up to 4.1 million bushelsessential to manage sudden changes in the supply chain or in the event of a natural disaster.
