Bog’Art, a leading construction company in Romania, said on October 11 that it was in the process of completing the 19,500 m² Art City luxury residential project in northern Bucharest. The development has a market value of over 20 million euros.
The project, which is part of Petrom City’s urban regeneration master plan, brings together 141 apartments, 500 m² of commercial space and 180 parking lots. The facilities include a playground and a panoramic terrace on the top floor, as well as a unique large-scale artistic component in the common areas and individual works of art displayed periodically in the gallery on the ground floor.
According to the company, 90% of Art City apartments have already been sold, with deliveries expected within the next two months.
“Art City is the first medium-to-large scale project in the Petrom City area, with strong development potential given the planned investments in the immediate vicinity, large-scale developments that can shape a new generation neighborhood in Bucharest , taking into account the large amount of land located near the most important points of interest in the northern part of the city,” the company said in a statement.
