Dead Island 2 is set to release on February 2, 2023. Making a reappearance since its first trailer in 2014, Dead Island 2 made its reappearance at Gamescom’s Opening Night Live showcase. The latest trailer showed one of the game’s six new playable characters slaying the undead on a walk through Los Angeles, the game’s new setting. Much like its previous installments, Dead Island 2 can be played in solo or with a co-op partner.
