Detectives investigate comic book store break-in in Niagara Falls

On May 2, 2022 at approximately 10:53 p.m., uniformed officers from District 2 – Niagara Falls of the Niagara Regional Police Department responded to a report of a break and enter at a comic book store on Lundy’s Lane near Lowell Ave at Niagara Falls.

Officers and a K9 unit arrived on the scene and a check of the area did not locate any suspects. Officers discovered the front door glass had been smashed ($500 damage) and suspects entered the store and targeted collectible comic books. The cost of the stolen items is estimated at around $19,000 to $20,000.

The investigation revealed that there were two suspects (see photos).
