Legendary rapper and Mt. Westmore member Snoop Dogg and venture capitalist and PayPal co-founder Ken Howery joined forces to purchase all 25 Fire-Tier Editions of Bivouac, receiving utility and value similar to ownership in the team, learned Bankless Times from A press release.
The purchase comes on the heels of news that Bill Lee and MyDoge/DogeCoin, NFT communities DeGods, Gary Vaynerchuk and VeeFriends, and Krause House have each purchased 25 Fire-Tiers.
Part of BIG3’s new ownership model
NFT transactions are part of BIG3’s new ownership model, which they announced last month. It uses blockchain technology to sell NFT with ownership-like benefits through a two-tier option consisting of 12,000 editions.
There will be 1,000 for each of the league’s twelve teams, including 25 Fire NFTs, each costing $25,000. There are also 975 gold coins, each worth $5,000. The rest of the edits drop today at 11 a.m. ET for select Discord members. Finally, the last will drop tomorrow at 11 a.m. ET.

The official creators of FIREBALL3
BIG3 is the official creator of FIREBALLs, a new global sport, whose league returns June 18 for its fifth season with live coverage on Paramount+ and CBS.
The final season of BIG3 saw some new experiences and notable changes. It is known as a breakthrough league that focuses on novelty. One of the most interesting additions was the “Bring on the Fire” rule, which allows teams a challenge per half determined by an individual in-game.
