Bethesda presents Fallout 76 concept art for the series’ anniversary

Hope we get a solo version of this region eventually

Bethesda gave us a glimpse of more Fallout 76 concept art, thanks to a special (SPECIAL) post on their blog this week.

As the blog suggests, and as is usually the case with concept art, a ton of potential ideas were sketched out on various canvases:

“Hundreds – if not thousands – of individual pieces, from napkin sketches to entire painted landscapes, are created when creating the world of a To fall Game. Concept art like this not only gives developers details on asset creation, but it helps define the look, feel, and tone of the world players are about to inhabit. .

In a small series of “unreleased” concept art, we got to see a Scorchbeast, as well as the emergence of Vault 76, a look at The Pitt, and some environmental designs. The final piece, a collage of life in a vault, is lovely. The blog ends with a link to Adam Adamowicz’s Concept Art Gallery on Flickr, which provided much of the art for Fallout 3.

Whereas Fallout 76 has come a long way since its tumultuous launch, this concept art really shows just how much of a full fledged Appalachian, kept in the oven until it’s made new To fall could have been. It might take a while, but I hope Fallout 76 is not the last we have seen of this region. I guess there is still an opportunity for DLC in the distant future To fall iteration.
